Gaby was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to the US in December of 2005. She lived in Texas for 17 years before moving to Colorado last summer. When she got to Littleton, Gaby wanted to make sure she wasn't just living here but also contributing to the community. She found Break Bread on Volunteer Match and started volunteering in the fall.
Gaby feels blessed and wants to make sure to pay it forward, since she has been in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years Break Bread is a great fit. She enjoys helping in the kitchen and knowing that there are neighbors being nourished through the dinners we provide. As the Director of Training and Development of Alvarado Restaurant Nation, one of the largest Taco Bell franchise groups, she helps restaurant leaders reach their full potential as professionals and as leaders.
In her free time Gaby enjoys outdoor activities, going to the movies and entertaining friends and family for dinner parties
