Break Bread Fundraiser | Celebrating 9 Years

Simple Acts of Care
Break Bread is built on simple acts of care: a warm meal, a seat at the table, a friendly face. So it only made sense that our first fundraiser would be just as personal. What better way to show our neighbors we care than by creating beautiful art right on the dishes we serve from every week?
Celebrating 9 Years
November marks Break Bread’s 9-year anniversary, and we’re celebrating with a relaxed, come-as-you-are art party. You’ll have the chance to decorate the dishes and serving vessels we use at our community meals. Every piece you create will be enjoyed by our neighbors week after week, and every dollar raised helps us keep serving nourishing meals.
What to Expect
We provide all the supplies and light refreshments. You provide the talent. Low on artistic ability? No worries! Volunteers will be on hand to guide you, along with plenty of ideas to get the creative juices flowing. But more than anything, it’s the love and care you put into your artwork that shows our neighbors how much they’re cared for.
Everyone Is Welcome
Just like our community meals, this event is open to everyone. There is a suggested donation of $45 per person, but no one will be turned away. Because at Break Bread, community is built by many hands, each giving in their own way.
