BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NICOLE PIERCE

Nicole is deeply honored to serve on the board of Break Bread, bringing over 30 years of local care, dedication, and financial expertise to our community. As a Senior Vice President and Private Bank Relationship Manager at Vectra Bank, Nicole has spent her career guiding families and businesses toward their goals with thoughtful, personalized care.  She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, and is a Certified Wealth Strategist.

While her professional background is rooted in helping others thrive financially, her heart belongs to community service. In addition to Break Bread, Nicole proudly serves on the board of the Alliance of Professional Women.

Locally, Nicole’s happiest moments are spent with her two sons and their two joyful golden retrievers. Whether she’s walking the dogs, spending time with her boys, or helping neighbors pull up a chair at Break Bread, Nicole is passionate about ensuring everyone feels supported, valued, and right at home.
